Welcome.
The church is God’s plan for the transformation of people, families, cities and the world at large. In fact, most of the New Testament was written about, written to, or instructions for new local churches. The Apostle Paul was involved in starting sixteen local churches and because many of those churches were faithful, you and I have the privilege 2000 years later to hear and respond to the gospel.
The church is so much more than a place to attend services on Sunday morning. It is a people. It is a transformed group of people who together can make an eternal impact on family, friends, neighbors, coworkers and an entire city.
We are living in one of the greatest cities in our nation with one of the greatest opportunities to bring HOPE to the thousands of new people moving to Fort Worth, TX. We’re laying a faithful foundation that we hope will transform lives in this city for generations to come. We would like for you to prayerfully consider joining us as we begin Clearfork Community Church.

Our Staff & Leadership

Jeff & Krista Sanders
Lead Pastor & Women’s Ministry
Meet Jeff & Krista Sanders. We both grew up in Georgia and one of us is a proud Georgia, Bulldog fan. However, we moved to Texas for seminary education and have lived and loved Fort Worth, Texas for 30 years. Our family is on a 10-year quest to see all the National Parks in the US and currently taking a breather at forty-two. We have two “miracle children” who keep our lives exciting and humble. Although we have been in ministry our entire adult lives, the gospel continues to surprise us and set us free. We are excited to begin this journey with a crazy group of people willing to sacrifice to build something by God’s grace for our children’s children and beyond.

Josh & Natalie Mayo
Elder
We are Josh & Natalie Mayo. One is an Okie and another is a Texan, but we both share a mutual love for the Oklahoma Sooners. We met serving together with the Watermark young adults ministry and had the time of our lives. Fast forward and we are about to celebrate our 6-year wedding anniversary and have two sweet little girls (Everleigh 4 and Holland 2). They definitely keep us on our toes and we love every second of it. God has grown us in more ways we thought imaginable and we are so excited to step into this new journey with Him taking the next faithful step as He is calling us to go and make disciples through Clearfork Community Church.

Our Values.
~ Grounded in the Gospel ~
We believe in the Gospel, or “good news”, that Jesus came to save sinners by dying in their place and promising an eternal relationship with God for those who would believe. This is the foundation to everything we do. By truly understanding and believing in the gospel, lives are changed from the inside out.
~ Rooted in the Scripture ~
We believe that the Bible is God’s very Word to us that displays His character, our need for salvation, Jesus’ finished work on the cross for us, as well as displays everything we need in order to live a holy life. We believe that God’s Word has power to transform lives, so we will commit ourselves to reading it, understanding it, and taking action in accordance with it.
~ Empowered by the Spirit ~
We believe that we can do nothing good on our own, and that God’s Spirit is the one who saves us and empowers us to live transformed lives. Through the empowering of God’s Spirit, we commit ourselves to trust and follow Him in every aspect of our lives through continual surrender to His will and guidance.
~ Committed to Authenticity ~
We believe that life change happens through deep relationships with others where we can be fully known and accepted. We commit ourselves to providing environments where people can ask questions, doubt, and be open about what they are going through without fear of judgment. We will commit to walk the tension between striving for personal holiness and accepting God’s grace for when we can’t.
~ Moved to Love Others ~
We believe that the gospel doesn’t terminate on ourselves, but rather leads us to love and serve others the way that Jesus himself has loved us. We commit ourselves to being a people who are marked by love towards the stranger, hospitality towards anyone that God would put in our path, forgiving others like God has forgiven us, and an outworking of serving others inside and outside our church.
~ Focused on Multiplying Healthy Disciples ~
We believe in the transforming power of God’s Spirit through one-on-one discipleship as we look at the Word of God together. We commit to being healthy followers of Jesus who are used by God to create other healthy followers of Jesus.
